Lake Shore Cryotronics has once again been named a winner of the greater Columbus Top Workplaces award by Columbus CEO, a publication of the Dispatch Media Group.

This is the ninth straight year that Lake Shore has earned a spot on the list of companies and organizations recognized in the region, with the company being named in the mid-sized category.

Being named to the Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey of employees uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Earlier this year, Lake Shore was also named a winner of the Top Workplaces USA award, the second time the company has earned the national award.
