Lake Shore’s customers’ goals are to be at the forefront of scientific discoveries. Being a part of a team that can help achieve those goals by working with the customer throughout the order process is very rewarding. Hearing how our work helped keep a project on time and seeing where our products are used drives me to ensure each customer feels like they are our only customer.
Will Messer is a graduate of Miami University with a BSci in Kinesiology, majoring in Sports Studies and minoring in Management and Leadership. Prior to joining Lake Shore in 2022, Will was Postal Supervisor/Acting Manager of mail/shipping/receiving for the Univ. of Houston, managing day-to-day mail and packaging operations.
As one of our Customer Service Coordinators, Will is the first point of contact for many customers contacting Lake Shore on a daily basis. He handles customer inquiries about orders, quotes, and requests for product information and, when required, puts them in contact with field service or technical staff for prompt issue resolution. He also reviews orders for technical accuracy and expedites order fulfillment. Additionally, Will is one of our main contacts for sales managers and our international sales channel representatives regarding order status and completeness.
