Abby Vogel is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology. Before joining Lake Shore Cryotronics in 2022, Abby worked in sales at a marketing company, serving a variety of customers, including charities, consulting groups, and other marketing companies.
As a Customer Service Coordinator for Lake Shore, she is the first point of contact for many customers contacting us on a daily basis. Abby handles inquiries about orders and requests for product information, issues quotes, puts customers in contact with our technical service or field service personnel for any required further guidance, and coordinates communications between the company and customers to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition, she is one of our main contacts for our sales managers and international sales channel representatives regarding order status and completeness.
